Lovely solid piece of furniture!
We purchased this loft bed as a surprise Christmas gift for our son. As such, we were very concerned about how much work would be involved in secretly assembling it on Christmas Eve. Happily, complete assembly took only about an hour and a half and was very easy. It is definitely a two-person job, but the instructions are clear and we had no problems. The piece was shipped to us and was in perfect condition upon unboxing. It is a true piece of furniture, not like other flimsy or wobbly lofts, and my son absolutely loves it. We purchased a 7" memory foam mattress for use with the loft and so far, so good. Excellent buy! Also, Tony from the company was outstanding in his customer service and making sure we got the best possible price and ensuring that we got the order on a very tight shipping turnaround in time for Christmas. Great Experience!
I've had the dining table set a month now. It's bigger than tables we found locally for the same price. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It looks great in our dining room and was easy to put together. They called and left a very friendly and detailed message about what to do when the table arrived and what to do if there was any kind of issue.
If there was one suggestion I would make, it would be to include some kind of care instructions with the table. I'm not entirely sure what I should or shouldn't use to care for/protect it.

Awesome Bunk Bed !
