This futon bunk bed is of high quality construction featuring metal-to-metal connection for durability, kilns dried wood, full rolls of under bed slats, metal-to-metal connections for guardrails, barrel nut hardware for quality construction and warp-free bed rails with ply construction.  The futon bunk bed includes the frame, ladder, futon frame and the underbed slats. This futon bunk bed uses standard twin size mattress for the top and a full size futon pad for the bottom. Mattress and futon pad are not included but are available under product options.  Some assembly is required.
